It's our weekly coherence meditation! Friends, it's already been mystical. Get your love-on every week at 9:30 CST (Texas, USA) in our zoom-based meditation space. Meditation is thirty to forty-five minutes. Generally about 15 minutes of guided breathing and then 15-30 minutes of loving, divine connection. After the breath, group coherence taps into hemi-sync binaural beats for an environment rich in creation energy.

The breath exercises for this meditation will vary among these three: Wim Hof breathing, bhastrika (bellows breath), and the consistently DMT-releasing, circular, connected spiral breath. I will always provide instruction and loving support.
